Faith Hope Love wedding cake

Three tier (each tier has 4 layers) carrot cake with cream cheese icing, covered with white fondant and fondant and piped decor.  The "bubbles" on top are blown sugar.

It was created for a New Years wedding with a celebration theme and gold and white colours.   

Fairy Toadstool Cake

Well this was a labour of love.  It probably took me about 20 hours to create all the fondant and gum paste art for this cake for my daughter's 4th birthday.  And the payoff?  She LOVED it!
